Reminder,

Booking Policies

Client acknowledges and agrees that those who are receiving services must come with clean skin prior to makeup application (no makeup). Waxing and dermaplanning are recommended for best makeup application. Clean, dry hair (washed the night before with little conditioner, non flat-ironed and no styling creams or oils) and nothing to way down the hair.

Delays

A late fee of $25 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay by the client for the scheduled time. Or if the scheduled appointment exceeds the allotted time due to the clients delay.

Cancellations

Please give us more then 24 hours notice for cancellation, retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. Cancellations must be submitted in written form by email.

No Shows

If you are a no show either on location or in studio you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the service they no showed in order to re-book with Makeup by Elisha. Clients who do not show more than once, will be required to pay in full before any future appointments.

Payment

We take $30 as the non-refundable non-transferable retainer to secure your booking, it will come off the final total. We do not offer refunds on the completed services, due to the nature of the services. We accept e-transfer and cash.
